I love this baby..Its picture is fantastic and the options to adjust color is good.
I got this strictly for back up in case of power failure. so I really don't care about the plug in cards ect..
I did have trouble with the charger, I would charge for 6 hrs. and still not full. I took my own charger and took the battery out and it charged up fine..
I like all the extras, case, cig.adaptor and earphones..
For the price I don't think you can beat it.. |

| It is an excellent replacement for an old 19-inch and I can see it from any part of the kitchen [I have a studio condo]. At $50 the price was far better than any other option [usually $100-200]. |
Pretty good

I am pretty well pleased with this little TV. I purchased it as a replacement for my analog kitchen TV, and as such, it does a good job. The only minus is that the sound is poor and the volume won't go high enough. When I have the dishwasher, fan, microwave, and water running, I need volume! Today we enjoyed looking at photos of the grand and great-grand kids through the SD card reader as we ate lunch.
As for the battery complaint mentioned in the previous review; we live on the Texas gulf coast so hurricane use was a concern of ours, too. My TV came with a power cable that can be plugged into the car "cigarette lighter", and I find that much more practical than regular (or rechargable) batteries in an emergency. Regular batteries are often in very short supply when a hurricane approaches, but my car battery is always available. And the car plug-in will recharge the TVs' internal battery.
The instructions were sparse and cryptic, but if a great-gramma like me can figure it out. so can you! |

| I was perfectly satisied with the product for the price. The battery that came with it would not hold a charge, however, so I called the customer service number for iView. A real person answered, transferred me instantly to tech support who sent out a new battery very quickly. Then somehow, I lost the coaxial adapter, I called to buy one, again live person answers, no menu, no press "1" type thing and NO wait on hold! They just took my info and are sending me out a new one FREE!!! I can only wish this company made every type of electronics I ever need to buy! 10 stars for tech support! |

| I was drawn to this portable because of its ability to take usb/sd cards and use them... but it really has no use , the mpeg4 do not playback apparently they need to be avi divx files , I never heard back from tech support about exactly what the mp4 playback specs are.... the screen is not crisp or bright enough to be a real photo player..... the tv playback is ok BUT the antenna is useless , I had to use a better antenna to get a station in... the antenna jack is a phono type but the give you a coax converter - very stupid... just leave it as a coax , that made no sense to me whats so ever... Once you have a tv station up and running with a real antenna the picture was nice enough but with these stupid non standard batteries what are you supposed to do during the hurricane ? I want a portable that takes NORMAL batteries! I cant recharge this tv if the power is out ! dah! |
